Late matriarch Gloria Harris-Prawl opened the original "Bottom Road" shop by the wharf in Port Royal, initially serving simple egg sandwiches.
1977
Due to high demand and heavy weekend crowds, a second location along Foreshore Road opened to offer a larger dining space.
